We Constantly at Elegance try to meet the needs of our clients. Also, in terms, of Availability, we offer them as many appointments as possible. We all know that in today’s world we live a very busy and demanding lifestyle. So, in order to fulfill each and every one’s needs, We have a set of terms and conditions which we require all our clients to adhere to while booking your services at Elegance hair and beauty (NW) Ltd.


Cancellation / Change of Appointment


To save each and everyone’s time, we require our clients to make changes or cancellations of appointments with a 24 hrs notice in advance. Failure to do that will require a must full payment in advance. This is to be at the discretion of Elegance Hair and Beauty (NW) Ltd.

We take into account only exceptional circumstance- So, for that reason, we would like our clients to not make changes in appointments for reasons that are not acceptable by the Salon.


No Showing up For A pre Booked Appointment


There have been cases where customers are a No Show. It simply means that he booked the appointment and then no call to cancel and also not showing up sooner or later. This kind of situation is totally unacceptable by the salon.

In the event of no Show, we have a right to call the customer and demand full payment. As these results, the salon loss of income and most importantly time and resources as this appointment could have been available for another client.


Deposits and Advanced payments


Due to the nature of the business we require our client to buy our services and pay online. once the payment is received a member of the staff will call to arrange a booking day and time that is suitable for both clients as well as the saloon. Alternatively, At the process of check out a client can also give instructions regarding the booking dates and time.

We offer the ability of payment via PayPal, Bank transfers directly into the companies bank account, or using credit card services on the website.

Any advanced booking that is not met with the criteria of 24 hrs notices will have to pay 50 % charges nonrefundable. A deposit is refundable in the event a client cancels/changes their appointment giving at least 24 hours’ notice. We can accept pre-payments for some bookings. This to be at the discretion of Elegance hair and beauty (NW) Ltd. Pre-payments are also refundable in the event the booking is canceled/changed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Bookings for 5 or more people require a 50% deposit of the total value to secure the booking. Should a member of the party fail to attend or has given less than 72 hours’ notice of a change or cancellation, their portion of the booking is non-refundable and the total booking value is still payable. This also applies should a member of the party arrive late to their booking; please refer to the salon late arrivals policy.

Skin Test Services

Some of the treatments we offer require a skin/patch test a minimum of 24 hours in advance of an appointment. These are required on all treatments which involve tinting and lash extensions. All treatments which require a skin/patch test are advertised as such. Failure to attend a skin/patch test will require treatments to be either rescheduled or canceled. This is for insurance purposes and client safety.

If a client has not had a treatment that requires a patch test for 6 months or more, we will require them to come for a new skin/patch test. Where a client fails to attend a patch test for an appointment where a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be non-refundable. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.


Gift Vouchers at Elegance Salon


In order to redeem a gift voucher, a code must either be printed or displayed on phone. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Elegance Hair and Beauty NW Ltd are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers are not valid with any offer/discount at Elegance Hair and Beauty NW Ltd.

Appointments booked directly with Elegance Salon have a quick appointment availability whereas booked with 3rd parties like voucher.com or treat well will require a waiting time.

Elegance hair and beauty Ltd reserve the right to amend, change, revoke, or refuse any of the above terms without any notice.


Late Arrival Customers For a Pre booked appointment


We understand that sometimes things can happen in the day that can make clients run late. However, due to our busy diary and to minimize the impact on other clients, we may not be able to fulfill an appointment if a client is 5 minutes or later. We will always try to accommodate our clients as best we can. We ask that clients use reasonable endeavor to let us know as soon as possible if they are running late as we may be able to delay the appointment. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
